TransCulture does not believe in 'training' in the traditional sense of the word. Training is only one part of a people development process. In any project we undertake, we try to ensure that effective learning takes place to complement effective delivery of material. We equally firmly believe that one or two day programmes are not enough for clients to take full benefit from our services. Our projects are therefore carefully tailored to meet business needs for clients in ongoing working situations. In line with this, we carefully evaluate the long-term effectiveness of any of our projects.

We find that business needs of our clients are usually quite complex, often depending on several unique factors, which make no two clients alike. That is why we do not offer a 'one size fits all' approach to training and development.
